These Terms of Sale apply to wholesale orders placed with Jinhua Boyue Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (“Boyue”, “we”) through boyuebeauty.com or by email. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Quotations
Prices are confirmed in a proforma invoice (PI), which is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in USD; shipping, taxes and duties are extra unless the PI says otherwise.
Orders and minimum order quantity
An order is confirmed when we accept your PI and receive the agreed deposit. Minimum order quantity and mixed-design rules are confirmed on the PI.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed on the PI. Always verify our bank details with us before paying.
Lead time
Production lead time is confirmed on the PI and depends on order size and artwork. Shipping time depends on the method you choose.
Samples
Samples can be arranged before bulk production; cost and shipping are quoted separately.
Quality
Please report any shortage, damage or quality issue within a reasonable time after delivery, with photos and batch details. We will repair, replace or credit confirmed issues.
Changes and cancellation
Changes are possible before production starts; costs may apply once production has begun.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
