This Privacy Policy explains how Jinhua Boyue Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. (“Boyue”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through boyuebeauty.com (the “Site”), a B2B wholesale website for press-on nails.

When you prepare or send an inquiry, or request a quotation (proforma invoice, “PI”), you may provide:
- Your name, company name, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and shipping address;
- The products and quantities you select, and any order notes you add;
- Any other information you choose to include in the form.
You do not need to create an account, and we do not process payments on the Site.
3. How we use it
We use inquiry information to:
- Respond to your request and prepare quotations or proforma invoices;
- Communicate with you about products, samples and orders;
- Keep business records and comply with legal obligations;
- Protect the Site against spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions.

When you send an inquiry, the Site may generate a private link to your proforma invoice that stays valid for 30 days. Anyone who has the link can view the selection, so please share it only with people you trust. The link stops working after it expires.
8. Retention
We keep inquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records, and then delete or anonymise them unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact sales@boyuebeauty.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. International transfers
We operate from China, and our hosting provider processes data in the European Union (Netherlands). Information may therefore be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this Policy.
